# FullReviews product reference

FullReviews is a web application for local businesses that want to respond to Google Business Profile reviews consistently without buying a broad reputation-management suite.

## What it does

1. A business connects its Google Business Profile locations.
2. FullReviews receives reviews and generates a reply from the review text and the business settings.
3. The owner may require approval for every reply, or choose a star-rating threshold for routine replies.
4. Scheduled replies follow a configurable delay and publishing window.
5. Unanswered historical reviews can be prepared in waves for review and scheduling.

## Controls

- Tone and business guidance can be set for a location.
- An optional style profile can use previous published replies as style input.
- The owner can require approval for all replies.
- Low-star reviews can be kept in review through a star threshold.
- A delay, time window, and maximum wait apply to scheduled publishing.

## Safety route

The generation workflow classifies replies and records risk flags. Replies marked aggressive, legal, health or safety related, or naming a staff member are held as drafts for a human check before publication. This safety route is independent of the routine star-rating workflow.

## Scope

FullReviews focuses on Google Business Profile reviews and the workflow around replying to them. It can generate, hold, approve, and schedule replies under rules chosen by the business. It does not guarantee a ranking result in Google Search or Google Maps. A business remains responsible for what it publishes.
