Our Service is designed to manage and analyze Google reviews, providing automated responses and insights. Accordingly, you approve our Service to access your Google account, respond to reviews, and manage review content.

  1. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidentiality is paramount to us. Though we access your Google account while providing our Service, we assure you that we will treat the content of your reviews as confidential. The content will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties, except for analysis purposes and when legally required.

  1. CONSENT TO ACCESS AND MANAGE REVIEWS

By agreeing to these Terms, you give us permission to access, sync, manage, and respond to reviews from your Google account to effectively provide our Service. We utilize secure data channels to ensure safety during these processes.

  1. IMPROVEMENT OF SERVICES

To continually optimize our services, we may use the content of the reviews to enhance our algorithms, ensuring better discrimination between positive and negative reviews and improving response accuracy.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF ACCURACY

While our Service strives to provide accurate insights and responses, there may be instances where reviews could be wrongly classified or responses may not be entirely accurate. We do not assume responsibility for such misclassifications and any subsequent consequences.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and for any activities that occur under your account. Kindly notify us instantly of any unauthorized use of your account.

  1. CANCELLATION, TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your account anytime. To terminate this agreement and discontinue the use of our Service, you must delete your account permanently.

You may request a refund up to 14 days after your last payment. To request your refund, you must write to us at vincentimhoff.pro@gmail.com.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

We maintain the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service without notice or liability to you.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

These Terms are administered by and interpreted following the laws of France, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Paris for resolution of any disputes.

  1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We hold the right to revise these Terms at any point. Your continued use of our Service following the post of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
