Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. The analysis of your 50 latest reviews is free and does not require a FullReviews account.
Why does Google ask for permission to manage my business?
Google does not offer a read-only permission for reviews: the only way for an app to read them is the “Manage your business” permission. We use it to read your reviews and listing name. Nothing is published or changed.
What happens to my data?
Your Google connection is kept for 30 days so you can come back to your report, then deleted. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account (Security › Third-party apps).
If I sign up, do I have to connect Google again?
No. If you create your account in the same browser, FullReviews offers to reuse the connection you made here.
Why only 50 reviews?
It is one page of reviews from Google, enough to see the main themes. FullReviews analyses up to 500 reviews over 24 months and updates every day.
Is it the same analysis as in FullReviews?
Yes. Same themes, same AI model, same calculations as the Client Insights page in FullReviews.
